Services

We provide China trip planning, English↔Chinese interpretation and translation, business escort, sourcing and procurement support, factory visits and quality inspection, on-the-ground research, and business document assistance.

Quotes and payment

All work is confirmed by a written quote. Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in that quote, and payments are made by PayPal unless agreed otherwise.

Responsibilities

We act in good faith and with reasonable skill and care. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for your own final business decisions, including supplier selection and payment.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Confidentiality

We treat your information confidentially and can sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
