Yes. We have been based in China since 2020, and every request is handled by a person who is physically here.

Yes. English is our working language. Your point of contact and your on-the-ground specialist communicate in clear, business-level English.

For business we work across Yiwu, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Shanghai, and travel nationwide for factory visits. For travel planning we specialise in Beijing, Shanghai and Chongqing, and plan trips across China.

Yes — first-time visitors are who we help most. We plan the trip, guide you through the markets, explain how to pay safely, and interpret everything along the way.

Trip planning starts at $99. On-the-ground work is $129 per remote day or $239 per on-site day. You always receive a fixed written quote for your specific request.

We aim to reply within 12 hours, and usually much sooner on WhatsApp during business hours (GMT+8). While you travel with us, support is 24/7.

Yes. If your product or supplier information is sensitive, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement before we begin.

You approve the quote first, and payments go through PayPal.
